Court is now on break for lunch and Isabel Celis has still not been sentenced. Her defense lawyer was late to court by an hour and a half. He sent a letter to the DA yesterday evening to…
… which he received the response to this morning at around 10am this morning. The letter speaks of his attempts to have a miss trial declared. After showing up to court at 11:30 this morning Isabel’s lawyer asked the judge that sentencing not occur until 4:00pm this afternoon since he needed more time to review the letter.
