My Mission

I finished my service as a full time missionary for the Church in August, 2001. I served in the Spain Madrid Mission! For those who don’t know, an LDS mission usually entailes serving for a period of 1 1/2 to 2 years as a minister and witness for Christ in a place decided by revelation.

My Mission Call

This call is given through the prophet. I recieved my mission call from President Gordon B. Hinckley.

Missionary FAQ

While on my mission I was confronted by people who had a lot of questions about what it is to be a missionary. I’ve
tried to answer some of those common questions here. EDIT 6/9/09: These questions are now included in the blog and not as a separate page.

Coming soon…. in like 10 years…. I’m so busy with other stuff : )

EDIT June 09, 2009: I originally put this page together as an experiment with Javascript. The “Age” column had the current age of the apostles calculated with a script and their birthdays. I’ve removed the script and their ages becuase I didn’t want to have excess code on my site. The Apostles have now changed with the passing of several of the Apostles, including President Gordon B. Hinckley but I’m leaving this page on my site as a snapshot of what I was doing a few years ago.
